“When someone really hears you without passing judgment on you, without trying to take responsibility for you, it feels damn good.”…….Carl Rogers

I am a fully qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and have been working in private practice since 2016. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and I adhere to their strict code of ethics. I have regular supervision with a BACP registered supervisor and I am committed to ongoing training and development as per the BACP guidelines.

As a Humanistic Counsellor, I believe you are the expert on yourself and are therefore in control of what you wish to explore and understand. I focus on an integrative approach, so my theoretical understanding allows us to work according to your needs and chosen goals.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked for Macmillan Cancer Care, the NHS and Cruse Bereavement Care. My early career was spent working within Human Resources, so the wellbeing of others has always been a passion of mine.
